Holton Lee - Poole, Dorset  - The New Barn offers friendly, family style accommodation in a brand new state of the art building with 10 twin en-suite accessible rooms, for up to 20 guests. The Original Barn has now been turned into a unit let as self-catering accommodation (6 twin bedrooms - with overhead hoist in 2 rooms).  There are excellent views towards Poole Harbour and the surrounding countryside.
The dining room balcony is a favourite sitting area to watch birds or enjoy the views across Poole Harbour to the Purbeck Hills beyond.
The sitting room veranda (facing south) opens up to a sheltered paved area, garden with raised beds and wildlife pond. THE BARN offers flexible accommodation suitable for disabled people, carers and those looking for a break from the stresses and strains of life or work.
