I wish more hotels would adapt their accommodations for handicapped travelers. They should have as many opportunities to see the world as able-bodied people, and in certain towns they have to wait for weeks to get a special bus to go to appointments and things! But it's a nice first step by Holiday Inn.

That's a great tool for handicapped travelers. They have the right to visit the world too! I remember this Sydney hostel that had very good handicapped-friendly facilities, and I hope other hotels follow the same example.

Wow, this is great. At first when I read this, I was thinking, "What is a ceiling track hoist? Or..uh...do I really want to know??"  Haha.  Oh, it's a thing for people with disabilities, I get it! Seriously, this should be in every major hotel.
